KPM LAB tea-set
Functional laboratory aesthetic meets Far Eastern tea culture: the new LAB teapot brings the origins of technical laboratory porcelain back to life with a typical feel for the product family and a distinctive side handle. The minimalist-technical design language of the LAB series is based on the aesthetics of the KPM laboratory porcelain of the 20th century. It was consistently developed for the modern kitchen laboratory by chief designer Thomas Wenzel. The teapot consists of a glossy, glazed top and a matt underside made of biscuit porcelain, the teapot scores with its distinctive side handle, which brings the origins of technical laboratory porcelain back to life. Paper & Tea supported KPM Berlin to develop an essential set as a functional aesthetic object for the minimalist tea ceremony.
